Notta's Pro plan includes 1,800 transcription minutes a month, at $97.99 a year ($8.17 a month) as of September 2026. It has iOS and Android apps and lists 58 languages. The free plan caps each conversation at 3 minutes.

4. Google Recorder: best free option on a Pixel

On a Pixel 3 or later, Google Recorder can record up to 18 hours in one file and keeps going while the screen sleeps. Transcription is free.

Summaries need a Pixel 8 or later and, per Google's help page, cover recordings from 5 minutes to 1 hour of speech. If a session mixes languages, it transcribes the most spoken one.

5. Apple Voice Memos: best free option on an iPhone
