Parrot AI stores transcriptions to enable multi-device access for users. However, audio files are never stored on our servers. Chats with transcripts are processed through a third-party service to generate responses. We ensure that your data remains private and secure.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall continue to apply, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
